I do not even take into consideration the specific cases when you can at least get 90% back because it is possible only if you cancel the order within 24 hours and the writer has not started working on it.

I liked the prices and an opportunity to order only that service which I need rather than buy a package and pay for them all. That made me believe that, maybe, Resume Valley is a good company, but all my illusions faded away after I got my resume written by these “experts.” They used a very standard template that you can download from the first link on Google and fill the required fields with the information about me that I gave them. Well, that I could do myself spending about 20-30 minutes, but what about a professional resume which you promised to deliver to me? Probably, that was not the best idea using this service, and the low prices had to alert me, but I ignored that warning to find out the truth myself.

Unfortunately, the customer support was not online when I needed it. I thought that live chat works 24 hours a day, but it seems it’s not always so and not at Resume Valley. The next day I contacted an agent, and he was indeed helpful, but I wanted to get all the answers when it was necessary and important for me, not the next day when support is online and available.
