Is geeklylab legit? According to my investigation, there are many issues which you should be aware of in advance before making a final decision to use the assistance of this service. The absence of a live chat, unclear refund policy, and high prices in addition to incompetent tutors make this service not the best choice for academic solutions.

GeekLab differs from a traditional essay writing service. It is said that you write your paper yourself, and Geeks only help you with that. It’s very difficult to say for sure what exactly GeekLab can offer because there is no list of assignments this service can handle. The idea is that you write what paper you need and only then select a subject.

Well, let’s see what we can find on other review platforms. On SiteJabber and TrustPilot, I was lucky to find some comments, not many, but enough to make certain conclusions. Most of them were positive, but there were quite a lot of those of a negative nature. Some people complained about the quality saying that the tutors who work there are highly unprofessional.

Others, besides mentioning the poor quality, also say that GeekyLab has terrible customer support which is hardly ever helpful.

It was one of the shortest refund policies that I have ever read. There were no specific cases mentioned in this policy which explained under which circumstances a customer will get a 100% refund. There was only a statement that a refund can be requested within 60 days after an assignment was delivered. The company will reply to you ASAP, but the investigation itself will take up to 5-7 business days.

Keep in mind that if you request a refund to your Geekly Lab account balance, this money can be used only for the next orders and you cannot withdraw them to your credit card. As far as I understood, your account balance is non-refundable, and you cannot get your money back once you add funds to it.

Types of Academic Services

As I have already mentioned previously, there are no specific types of services that GeekyLab can offer. So, it is not clear whether you can find here a tutor who can help you, for example, with a PowerPoint Presentation or a Dissertation.

That will become obvious only after you place your order and pay for it. Well, as for me, I’d like to get that piece of information in advance, so I could know for sure that I can find a professional I need on this site. Is geeklylab scam? If you do not inform customers about your range of service, you kinda are.

How to Order Your Paper

To start using GeeklyLab, click one of the green buttons on the site - “Find me a Geek” or “Help me with my task”. That will redirect you to the order details page where you can specify your request. This form is rather short, and there are only five fields. After that, you will be offered to pay the full sum or prepay 30%, although you still cannot see the tutors who are supposed to help you with your task. Once again, it seems that you are buying a pig in a poke.

Geekly Lab: Prices & Discounts

There is no such thing as a price list on the site. Nevertheless, the cost of a tutor’s help is fixed. For instance, the minimum cost for 1-page paper with about a 10-day deadline cost me 22 dollars.

Under the price, you can see the place for a geekly lab coupon, but I didn’t find any notion about discounts. Probably, they offer them on special occasions and only for those people who have previously purchased papers on this site.

Quality of Assignments

For the money I paid, it was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. I faced the companies which charged so much before, but at least they provided an average quality of service.

So, the only disadvantage of such services was a too high price which was unjustified. In the case of GeeklyLab, besides the high price, I also got an absolutely incompetent “Geek” who had a poor understanding of what was necessary to do. It was simply a waste of money.

Geeklylab: User Support

There is no live chat on the site, which disappointed me a lot. You pay twice more than you are used to on other sites but for some reason, they cannot hire a few people who will guide you and answer the questions you address.The only way to get in contact is via phone, but the line is always busy or sending a letter on an email address and wait for the next day to get a reply.

Offers & Paper Extras

There are two extra services that you can order on this site - a plagiarism report and VIP support. I can understand the first option and accept it as an additional service, but VIP support seems to be a total robbery.

 Why the hell should I pay more money to get adequate customer support? Isn’t it the company’s obligation to ensure that all customers get instant and high-quality assistance with any issues or questions they have?
