In this EssayAssist review, I'm going to evaluate the service which isn't as popular as essay giants in the niche. But they promise to help you with virtually any type of paper a student might come across. The company has quite a clear-cut and easy-to-use website which makes your user experience a pleasant one. But is EssayAssist legit? Is EssayAssist scam? Are you interested in figuring it out? Let's get started!

EssayAssist customer reviews on the internet show the company enjoys having a big following out there. I actually was impressed by the number of good reviews on sites like Trustpilot and Sitejabber and it raised my eyebrow.

I've read all of them and some of them seemed to be fake. But I have to acknowledge that I found many genuine reviews of thankful customers. Nevertheless, there actually was a fly in the ointment as well:

As you can see, their CEM manager tried to sort things out with an unsatisfied customer, proving that they aren't just another bunch of scammers trying to fish out your last cent.

Service Commitments

Another thing that I liked was all their main guarantees are given in the site footer and are clearly visible. They are not hidden as many such sites like to do. EssayAssist refund policy is very straightforward and clear: you're eligible to get a full refund if they fail to do the following:

• deliver the paper on time
• find a writer
• a proven case of plagiarism.

A partial refund can be issued if you think the quality of the paper sucks or you're back with the revision but they cannot find a suitable writer. A refund amount, in this case, is determined by their Dispute Manager.

To begin with the ordering process, choose the needed type of paper, your academic level, and the desired deadline and hit the Continue button.

After that, you're referred to the full order form which comprises 3 easy-to-follow steps.

First, you fill in the general information regarding your paper like the due date, number of pages, topic and subject.

Once you're done with Step 1, you proceed with the order details where you key in or upload the assignment details. Choose the formatting style and if you want, you can add some additional features.

Prices are quite affordable. For example, a 1-page essay, undergraduate level with a 14-day deadline will cost you $11, for Mater's and Ph.D. papers with the maximum deadline, be ready to pay at least $18 and $25 per page respectively.

The fastest they can handle your order is an 8-hour option. As the deadline shortens, the prices go up: an undergraduate essay with the shortest deadline will cost you minimum $27 per page. For Master's and Ph.D. levels prices are even higher: $36 for Master's and $49 for Ph.D. level.

Assignment Quality

Here comes the interesting part. Going forward, I can tell you that the quality was good and EssayAssist is worth money spent on it. I ordered a 1-page analytical essay on “ Why do cats love boxes?”

I was quite impressed when the writer provided a succinct answer referring to actual scientific data available on the topic. Since some of their writers are non-native speakers, there were some places to be edited. But if I were to submit the paper, I'd spend no more than 5 minutes to touch it up.

There isn't much to be said about their customer support. They are quick, polite and professional.
